Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods invites you to join our Server team at Apache Tee, Broken Arrow Tap House, Red Hat Grille, and Casino F&B. You will greet guests, take drink orders, describe menu items and specials, upsell when appropriate, and deliver meals with care and accuracy.

Work as part of a welcoming team, assist with bussing and resetting tables, and maintain a neat, professional appearance. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow all safety and casino policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Liquor server license required where applicable.
• Mescalero Apache Tribal preference; bicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Describe all items in the menu including beverages and specials.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, and check IDs for alcoholic beverages.
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Check food presentation and deliver as ordered; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with bussing and seating as needed.
• Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.
