Suviche Hospitality Group is seeking a hospitality-driven server to deliver, promote, and upsell our guest experience. You will engage guests with menu knowledge and the Novecento Experience while managing orders and payments in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates excel in a team environment, maintain a polished presentation, and provide attentive service during evenings, weekends, and holidays at our Florida location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of dining room service procedures and functions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests using steps of service to make guests feel comfortable and well cared-for.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes; promote value-driven menus and promotions.
• Make recommendations for cocktails, wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverages, appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter orders in POS, relay to kitchen and bar.
• Direct and assist staff to deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare final bill, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Assist teammates during busy periods and help with clearing and resetting tables.
