Job summary

Bangor Aviator is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver welcoming, attentive service in our hotel dining outlets. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell items, and ensure a clean, appealing dining area throughout shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year in food & beverage and a ServSafe or Tips certification. English fluency and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of progressive experience in food & beverage.
• ServSafe or Tips certification required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Friendly Face—greet guests, assist with seating, and keep the area clean during service.
• Be a Host and a Server—upsell offerings, answer questions, remember guest preferences, and provide a warm experience.
• Be a Food Professional—know the menu, deliver prompt service, handle payments accurately.
• Be a Safety & Security Agent—follow hotel safety policies and escalate issues as needed.
