Avion Hospitality is seeking a friendly Server Assistant/Busser to support our servers and help maintain a smooth dining operation. In this role you will greet guests, assist with seating, deliver items, and ensure a clean, organized dining area throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service and special events
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and addressing concerns professionally
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment
