Job summary

Silver Ventures LLC's Otto's Ice House at Pearl in San Antonio, TX is hiring a part-time Server to deliver prompt, friendly service and expert menu knowledge. You will create personalized guest experiences, take orders, manage drink refills, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area in coordination with the team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining high standards of food safety and beverage

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
TABC and Food Handlers certification required before employment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Punctual and reliable attendance in a high-volume setting.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain thorough understanding of menu items and answer questions.
Deliver exceptional dining experience by taking orders and managing drinks.
Foster positive relationships with staff and guests.
Operate POS system and process transactions.
Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and food safety guidelines.
