Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Server to take orders, serve food and drinks, and create memorable guest experiences at events and daily service. You will learn to balance guest satisfaction with efficient service while maintaining menu knowledge and cleanliness.

The role requires excellent customer service, communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Safety protocols and alcohol service guidelines are part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Prior server or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety principles; food safety certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to orders and banquet menus.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Keeps food service areas clean and organized during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products as needed.
• Ensures ID checks and adheres to alcohol service policies.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Breaks down and sanitizes service areas and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and sanitation procedures.
• Protects company assets.
