Job summary

The Overlook is seeking a dedicated Server to deliver gracious and efficient service to residents and guests, wearing one of several hats across shifts as assigned. You will perform the Steps of Service, manage time for smooth table turnover, and ensure proper handling of food per sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities also include operating the cash register and POS software while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and teamwork on every shift.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of table service and order taking – preferred
• High school diploma or GED – preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform established Steps of Service to ensure that each resident and guest receives gracious and efficient service.
• Practice good time management skills to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Handles and serves food in accordance with all HAACP guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Operate cash register and point of sale software.
