Qualifications

• Prior server experience preferred.
• Ability to perform arithmetic for totals and making change.
• Strong communication skills to convey information and serve guests.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Take drink orders and present menus, answer questions and provide suggestions.
• Recommend wine selections when appropriate.
• Relay orders to kitchen and beverage services accurately.
• Observe guests to anticipate needs and provide timely service.
• Clear and reset tables after guest departure.
• Complete assigned side work and keep work/storage areas clean.
• Follow MSDS safety guidelines and company safety policies.
• Assist with setup/refresh of function rooms when needed.
• Attend department meetings to stay informed on service standards.
