Qualifications

• Prior server experience preferred.
• Ability to perform arithmetic for totals and making change.
• Strong communication skills for guest service.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects such as trays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in dining, lounge, and banquet settings.
• Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions.
• Take drink orders, suggest wine pairings, and relay orders to kitchen.
• Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Restock and reset tables, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow MSDS safety guidelines and participate in department meetings.
