Job summary

Bogart’s in Red Lodge seeks a friendly server to deliver front-line service to guests, both in person and by phone. You will work with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff and management to serve food and drinks promptly.

Duties include cleaning, setting tables, stocking inventory, and light janitorial tasks. The ideal candidate will be honest, dependable, organized, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entering or when answering the phone.
• Performs opening and closing duties.
• Prepare dining room by cleaning tables and setting condiments, napkins, plates, and utensils.
• Assist team with laundry and silverware roll-ups.
• Protect establishment by following sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage policies.
• Help customers select food and beverages by presenting the menu and offering recommendations.
• Record orders and communicate special requests to bar and kitchen.
• Maintain tables by removing courses and replenishing utensils.
• Take To-Go orders by phone or in person.
• Contribute to team by completing related tasks as needed.
