Job summary

The Pollard Hotel in Red Lodge, MT, is seeking a Server for Bogart’s restaurant. You will provide front-line customer service to guests in-person and by phone, work closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to serve food and drinks in a friendly and timely fashion.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with menu selections, recording orders, and maintaining dining room standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• R.A.S.S. and ServSafe certifications viewed favorably.
• Serving experience is preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide front-line customer service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and setting tables.
• Present menus, suggest items, and assist with beverage choices.
• Take orders, relay to bar/kitchen, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table settings throughout shifts.
• Handle billing and To-Go orders when required.
