Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, and daily specials.
• Process transactions accurately and operate POS systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Support upselling initiatives and guest engagement to drive revenue.
