Job summary

Fort McDowell Golf Club in Fort McDowell, AZ is seeking a Server for the Food and Beverage team. This regular part-time role focuses on delivering friendly guest service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and representing the club professionally.

You will work under the Food & Beverage Director, need knowledge of menu and bar drinks, and assist with end-of-shift paperwork and daily tasks. Hours are under 30 per week; compensation is hourly at $7.80–$8.25.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Service worker license.
• Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs.
• Know the menu and bar drinks, including pricing and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye.
• Responsible for serving the guest's food, drinks, and snacks while providing exemplary service.
• Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by providing proper change to guests and accurately completing end-of-shift paperwork.
• Complete all side work and maintain par levels of condiments and paper products in work areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and servers’ daily events and specials.
• Provide the type of service that exceeds guest's expectations.
