Job summary

Fort McDowell in Fort McDowell, AZ is seeking a Fine Dining Food Runner to deliver and execute dishes at the highest level in a fine dining restaurant. The role focuses on hands-on guest service, station upkeep, and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure flawless service.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, can learn menu details quickly, and can support chefs in expo while maintaining safety and brand standards. Experience in a 4-diamond or fine dining setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years as a server, busser, or runner in an a la carte fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong guest service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to learn and retain menu information and execute high-end service daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining We-Ko-Pa Way service standards.
• Manage opening/closing side work and restaurant needs per brand standards.
• Ensure accurate orders and flawless delivery, maintain station cleanliness and readiness.
• Be on the floor 80% of the time delivering a memorable guest experience.
• Assist chefs in expo to ensure dish execution and menu accuracy.
