Job summary

We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is seeking a Server in Fort McDowell, AZ to deliver food, drinks, and snacks while representing the club professionally and promoting its success with guests and staff.

The position requires a Food Service worker license, strong POS system knowledge, and excellent guest service. You will collaborate with the kitchen and fellow servers to ensure high-quality service and accurate end-of-shift paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Service worker license.
• Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs.
• Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards.
• Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved.
• Know the menu and bar drinks, including, pricing and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye.
• Responsible for serving the guest's food, drinks, and snacks while providing exemplary service.
• Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by providing proper change to guests and accurately completing end-of-shift paperwork.
• Complete all side work and maintain par levels of condiments and paper products in work areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and servers' daily events and specials.
• Provide the type of service that exceeds guest's expectations.
