Job summary

Fort McDowell Enterprises is seeking a full-time Golf Guest Services professional in Fort McDowell, AZ. The role reports to the Head Golf Professional and supports the Golf Guest Services department, with a 40-hour workweek and an hourly salary of $21.00 to $24.50 DOE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Currently enrolled in the PGA Program.
• Excellent communication and public interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and uphold We-Ko-Pa standards.
• Manage group outings, contracts, deposits, and cancellation policies.
• Organize group/tournament contracts and filing system.
• Coordinate events with golf shop, grille, and merchandise.
• Maintain tee time space for contracted groups.
• Direct event execution and produce post-event recap.
• Operate Event-Man software for scoreboards, letters, signs.
• Develop marketing partner relationships and Net Rate Agreements.
• Enforce golf course rules and assist shop inventories.
• Assist with administration of reports and data.
