Job summary

Terranea Resort in California seeks an energetic server to warmly welcome guests, take orders, and provide exceptional food and beverage service. You will leverage menu knowledge to guide guests and ensure satisfaction, while maintaining a welcoming presence with associates and guests alike.

The role requires flexibility with shifts, compliance with alcohol service regulations, and strong English communication. Training includes maintaining guest satisfaction and teamwork across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must meet legal age to serve alcohol.
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications required.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the restaurant with enthusiasm.
• Share knowledge and recommendations of the food & beverage menus.
• Resolve guest complaints and create loyalty by going beyond.
• Create memorable experiences with a welcoming personality.
• Communicate meal requirements, allergies and special requests to culinary team.
