Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a courteous server to greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure accuracy with substitutions. The role requires knowledge of menu items and dietary restrictions, along with delivering timely payments and maintaining a clean dining area.

The position supports open dining services with flexible shifts, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events.
• Flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take all food and beverage orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate with requests and substitutions.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients and dietary restrictions.
• Pre and post bus tables in assigned station.
• Receive all payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean dining area at all times.
• Assist other servers with their tables.
