Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a PM Shift guest service professional to greet guests and take orders, ensuring menu standards are met and service is consistent. You will perform side work, answer questions, and operate the POS where applicable while delivering a positive guest experience.

You will need strong English communication, a team mindset, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English clearly and professionally.
• Self-starting with a positive, even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Be a team player and willing to pitch in when needed.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to service standards.
• Do all necessary set-up sidework as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register / POS system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
