Peregrine Hospitality in Lawrence, Kansas is seeking a friendly Server to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure accuracy while providing attentive service.
The role requires at least 1 year in hotels, banquets, or events, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work flexible shifts. You will collaborate with the kitchen and other servers, maintain a clean station, and follow safety standards.
The Server is responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. Duties include greeting customers, recommending menu items, ensuring order accuracy, and processing payments. Servers must maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety standards, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in hotels, banquets, or events.
Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.
