Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve items.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to complaints and concerns.
• Process payments and present checks.
• Greet guests and acknowledge service standards.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Assist team by bussing tables and restocking as needed.
• Complete closing duties and maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to safety, quality and service standards at all times.
