COLD BEERS & CHEESEBURGERS - PECOS in Chandler, AZ is hiring a restaurant server to take orders, answer menu questions, and help ensure a smooth dining experience. You will seat guests, communicate orders to the kitchen via the POS, and assist with customer service and cleaning.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly manner, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification required.
• Alcohol service licensing or certification required.
• Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial.
• Ability to learn and use POS systems (Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide menus and recommend items to enhance dining.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Adapt to busy periods and work as part of a team.
