Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking an adaptive Server to be a key reference for guests, preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverages at our property. The role may require flexible scheduling to accommodate guest occupancy and seasonal changes.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, maintaining a high standard of guest experience, restocking breakfast service areas, and maintaining hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
