Colonial Country Club is seeking a full-time Server to provide exceptional hospitality and superior service. The role requires welcoming guests, describing specials, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and two years of serving experience or training, with eligibility to handle alcohol per state law. Regular attendance is expected.

Formación

• Two years serving experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet state age requirements for handling alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions, offers menu recommendations.
• Takes orders and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and completes side work duties.
• Handles checks and cash transactions; uses Point of Sale system.
• Follows established processes for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Adheres to standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Performs other duties as required.
