Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
