Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Maintains sanitation procedures and accurate handling of cash and transactions.
• Greet Guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery and proper garnishing of food and drinks.
• Communicate with Guests via the Micros system and ensure guest needs are addressed promptly.
