Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters; takes corrective action when necessary or suggests alternatives.
• Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Adheres to sanitation procedures and maintains cleanliness of workstation.
• Operates Micros, handles transactions accurately and ensures proper cash handling.
• Assists in party setup, bussing and table reconditioning as needed.
• Promotes the brand and participates in incentives to drive sales.
• Responds to Guest needs promptly and maintains high guest satisfaction.
