Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve with attention to presentation while upselling specials. Collaboration with kitchen and bar teams ensures smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should be 18+, pass a background check, and be able to obtain gaming and ABLE liquor licenses if applicable. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials or additional items.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
