Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required.
• Gaming license may be required.
• ABLE Liquor License required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS promptly.
• Serve food and drinks timely with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests.
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar for smooth service.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
