Job summary

As a part-time server, you will seat guests, take orders, ensure accurate food distribution, and maintain cleanliness while observing liquor regulations. Prior restaurant experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seat and take accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution to ensure correct delivery and presentation.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by all liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present to guests, and accept payment.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
