Qualifications

• High School education required; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure proper presentation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of stations before, during, and after shifts.
• Abide by liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with menu items, preparation, and service procedures.
• Total checks, present to guests, and handle payments.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
