Job summary

Valor is seeking team members to provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a restaurant environment. Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and professional appearance.

Candidates should have high school education, 3–6 months in food/beverage service, TIPs certification, and proficient English. This on-site role requires teamwork and strong guest interaction skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3–6 months experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• TIPs certification is required.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
• Remain attentive to customers throughout the dining experience, adhering to service standards.
• Perform opening and closing side-work, restock and clean work areas.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service areas to meet health standards.
• Handle guest checks accurately and process payments securely.
