Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Server to provide attentive service in a family‑oriented environment. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure a memorable dining experience with a friendly, upbeat attitude.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate order handling, and collaboration with the bar and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required throughout the shift, able to transport items and move around the dining area.
• Ability to interact with guests and provide attentive, upbeat service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the POS system.
• Observe and serve guests, respond to needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table and facilitate payment.
• Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables.
