Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite and attentive demeanor.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a team serving environment.
• May require a food handler's certification, depending on local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the menu, sells restaurant’s food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen.
• Stay guest focused and sustain an excellent guest experience.
• Possess strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guest.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
