Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking a Server in Lutherville-Timonium, MD to deliver an uncompromising dining experience. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.

The role requires strong customer service, flexibility with shifts, and knowledge of food and beverage. Prior experience and ability to work in a team are essential; a food handler certification may be required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite and attentive demeanor.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a team serving environment.
• May require a food handler's certification, depending on local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the menu, sells restaurant’s food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen.
• Stay guest focused and sustain an excellent guest experience.
• Possess strong food, and beverage knowledge.
• Keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guest.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
