Job summary

North Ridge Country Club is seeking a Casual Dining Server to join its F&B team. You will warmly greet members and guests, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages in a polished, upbeat environment.

You will contribute to a seamless dining experience by relaying orders, checking accuracy, and tailoring service to guest preferences. Collaborating with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, you will help maintain a clean, organized dining area and participate in pre-shift

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods and specials.
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Efficient use of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and learn regular dining guests' names.
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, offer recommendations.
• Provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs for a positive dining experience.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff for timely preparation and delivery.
• Check orders for accuracy and presentation before serving.
• Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
• Attend pre-shift briefings for specials and updates.
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest experience.
