Job summary

Hidden Valley Country Club is seeking a friendly server to provide prompt, professional service to members and guests. You will greet guests, take beverage and meal orders, and enter orders into the POS system while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include restocking, maintaining a clean work area, handling cash and card transactions according to procedures, and complying with alcohol service regulations. Prior service experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience in food service or hospitality roles.
• Sips and Tips certification and food handlers permit required.
• Sandy City Alcohol Work Card ID or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly professional greeting to members upon seating.
• Distributes menus when applicable and takes beverage and meal orders.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and close tickets properly.
• Serve all ordered items and beverages.
• Restock, stock, clean and close as assigned.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle cash/credit/card transactions as prescribed.
• Communicate complaints to supervisor and attend pre-meal meetings as required.
• Comply with all alcohol service laws and club policies.
