Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a Server to provide exceptional guest service, know the menu inside out, and drive sales with thoughtful recommendations. You will handle payments, maintain a clean station, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be 18+ with alcohol certification where required, able to work days/nights/weekends, and thrive on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must; collaborate with staff.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests. Be our ambassador of FUN!
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to alcohol laws, procedures and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite guests back to the fun.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe work area.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
