Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve food and drinks with a focus on guest enjoyment. You will know the menu inside and out, suggest items, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will engage guests, showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge, process payments, and maintain a stocked, clean bar. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Be our ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite guests back to the FUN!
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar, while completing side work.
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
