Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment in Warrenville, IL is seeking a friendly Server to provide outstanding food, drinks and FUN to Guests. You will know the menu, make great recommendations, and ensure accurate orders while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

As a server, you’ll deliver beverages and meals promptly, handle payments, work with a team, and welcome guests with a positive attitude. Prior food and beverage experience is a plus, 18+ with alcohol certification as required,

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18+ years of age with alcohol certification as required.
• Adhere to uniform standards and provide memorable guest experiences.
• Able to communicate with management, team members, and guests.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests; ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Show extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.
• Process payments and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe work area with side work.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
