Job summary

Tria Restaurant & Event Center in North Oaks is hiring immediately for Servers. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences with pride and heart.

You will handle POS entries, ensure accurate receipts, and assist with table turnover while staying knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials. The position emphasizes up-selling and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year serving experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and suggest menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a timely and professional manner, takes guests orders, and serves food and beverages according to standards and established service sequence.
• Responds to guest questions and provides suggestions regarding food and beverages with an aggressive approach to up selling.
• Monitors and observes guests dining experience to respond to additional needs or requests
• Enters orders into Point-of-Sale System, maintains accurate guests cover counts, totals receipts correctly, verifies sales, and collects payment for all food and beverages served.
• Refreshes tables, transports dirty dishes, and communicates with host regarding guest seating, table arrangement, and table turnover.
• Thoroughly knowledgeable on the menu, various daily specials, and beverages.
• Ensures the cleanliness and organization of designated work areas.
• Requests proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages and monitors guest alcohol consumption.
