Job summary

Tria Restaurant & Event Center in North Oaks, MN is hiring immediately for servers. The role involves providing exceptional service, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with pride, passion, and heart.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of high-volume restaurant experience, availability for nights/weekends, and the ability to obtain an alcohol service certification within 30 days. This position also requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 30

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in high-volume F&B environment.
Availability to work nights and weekends.
Alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greets guests professionally and takes orders, serves food and beverages per standards.
Upsells and answers questions about menu and drinks.
Monitors dining experience and responds to guest needs and requests.
Enter orders into POS, manage guests' counts and receipts, collect payments.
Refreshes tables, communicates seating plans, and maintains cleanliness of work areas.
Knowledge of menu, specials, and beverages.
Verify ID for alcohol purchases and monitor alcohol service.
