Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system correctly.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell appetizers, desserts, beverages, and daily specials.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and answer guest questions.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Keep dining tables clean, organized, and reset for the next guests.
• Refill beverages and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Help maintain a clean dining room, server stations, and restrooms.
• Assist teammates during busy periods.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed.
• Follow all company policies and dress code.
• Provide an exceptional dining experience that encourages repeat business.
