• Prepare daily reports for all food and beverage sales.
• Monitor voids, deletions, and discounts with supervisor's signature.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and service standards.
• Protect establishment and guests by sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies.
• Be extremely courteous, cordial, and respectful to members, guests, and co-workers.
• Be reliable with flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain wine, beverage, and menu knowledge.
