Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to assist with event setup, service, and breakdown in a fast-paced hotel environment in Houston, TX. You will help ensure excellence in guest experience by following Banquet Event Orders and hotel standards.

Greet guests, serve courses and beverages, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout each function. This role requires flexibility with shifts and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Food Handler Card and comply with health standards.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional guest service skills.
• Ability to follow Banquet Event Orders and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room per Banquet Event Order, including linen and service ware.
• Greet guests and serve food/beverages according to Banquet Captain guidance.
• Bus dishes promptly, replenish beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clean, reset, and prepare banquet spaces for subsequent functions.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
