Montage Hotels & Resorts in Newport Beach is seeking a Server Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will assist with the server’s needs, stock, clean, and manage the table flow to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server’s team’s needs; stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section.
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins.
• Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service; assist servers with steps where needed.
• Clean spills and broken items immediately; use floor signs as needed.
• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies; maintain equipment in good working order.
• Refill water glasses and beverages throughout the service period.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and strive to create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
