Job summary

Montage International's Pendry property is seeking a Server Attendant to support the restaurant team, stock, clean, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced setting. You will help keep the dining area organized and guest-ready throughout shifts.

You will handle table prep, bussing, beverage refills, and safety-compliant cleanup while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You should be flexible on weekends/holidays and eager to learn and grow in the food and beverage industry.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic communication skills.
• Food and beverage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Server’s team’s needs; stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section.
• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean silverware, glassware, plates, and napkins.
• Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service; assist servers as needed.
• Clean spills and broken glassware immediately; maintain safety signage.
• Maintain all equipment and supplies and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Refill water, coffee, and beverages throughout service.
• Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
