Job summary

Montage Hotels & Resorts in Laguna Beach is seeking a Server Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will assist the Server's team, stock and reset tables, and ensure a smooth dining flow while delivering warm, personalized service.

Qualifications

Experience in food & beverage is a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Basic communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Server's team's needs; stock, clean, and handle the flow of your section.
Set and reset tables before, during, and after service with clean silverware, glassware, and napkins.
Pre-bussing and bussing of tables; assist servers with service steps as needed.
Clean spills and broken glassware/dishes promptly and maintain safety.
Clean equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper maintenance and adhere to safety standards.
Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages during service.
Deliver on guests' expectations and create WOW moments.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
