Responsibilities
- Assist the Server's team; stock, clean, and manage the flow of your section.
- Set and reset tables with clean silverware, glassware, and napkins.
- Pre-bussing and bussing of tables; assist servers as needed.
- Clean spills, broken glassware/dishes promptly; use floor signs.
- Maintain equipment and follow cleaning and safety standards.
- Refill water, coffee, and beverages during service.
- Deliver on guest expectations and create WOW moments.
- Perform other duties as needed by business needs.
