Responsibilities

• Assist the Server’s team by stocking, cleaning, and managing your section.
• Set and reset tables with polished silverware, glassware, and napkins.
• Pre-bussing and bussing during service; assist servers as needed.
• Clean spills, broken glass, using floor signs as required.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order and follow safety standards.
• Refill water, coffee, and beverages during service.
• Deliver WOW moments to guests.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs.
